PURE POWER & PURE SPEED: SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING CAMPS

Enspire365 offers Sports Performance Training Camps this summer.

Session 1: June 11 – June 28, 2018

Session 2: July 9 – July 26, 2018

*No classes the week of July 1st

TRAINING OPTIONS

Pure Power for Teens – Tuesday & Thursday
Open to boys & girls ages 14 & up
Capacity: 25 athletes
Time: 2 pm – 3 pm
Cost: $15
Get in shape with Pure Power, a high-intensity full body Boot Camp. With the combination of strength, cardio, core and interval training you will get a full body workout! Each class will be unique offering a variety of different training equipment and exercises including ropes, wall balls, TRX, agility ladders, weights, kettle bells, bands and more that are all appropriate for the teenage athlete. This class will be a great challenge for your body!

Pure Speed – Monday & Wednesday

Open to boys & girls ages 10 & up
Capacity: 25
Time: 2 pm – 3 pm
Cost: $15
The Pure Speed program will include a multifaceted approach to make any athlete more explosive in a straight line, in the air, and from side to side. By using footwork drills, speed drills, and plyometric drills the body will learn how to move with more intent in all directions. Some examples of drills are ladder drills, hurdle drills and box drills.
